We look for the following Criteria for our rentes to have in mulit famiy properties

24/7 realty services has the following standers that will be used to judge your application for Tenancy.  You must meet the following standards to qualify for a rental property managed by 24/7 realty services   We Charge a Non refundable $40 dollar application fee to the first person applying; and $20 per person after that we also require the all persons over 18 years of age living in the property fill out an application and pay the fee.  We judge Applicants on a first come first served basis.  All applicants must have a picture ID. 

All renters of 24/7 realty services  must have deposit and applicable fee and renters insurance at signing of lease and before you can have keys

Financial:

1.  No past or present bankruptcies caused by any reasons other then Medical bills.  Bankruptcies caused by medical problems will be evaluated on an individual basis. 

2.  Your gross income should be 2.5 times the rental amount, evaluated on an individual basis

3.  You must have a 550 credit score or higher 

4.  Unpaid Debt will be evaluated on an individual basis upon risk.

5.  We would like to see employment for 12 months if possible by the same company.  Self employed applicants will be evaluated on an individual basis

6.  Students are evaluated on an individual basis

If you don’t meet one of the following you may have a co-signer or pay advanced Rents

 Past Rental History:

1.      No past evictions; if an applicant has an eviction over two (2) years old we will evaluate it on an individual basis.

2.      No monies owned to any landlord.

3.      No history of nuisance problems

  Criminal History:

Your application will be rejected if you have been convicted for any type of crime that would be considered a serious threat to the other residents or neighbors or the rental property.

 

Maximum Occupancy 2 people per bedroom

Our single family homes are based on a higher standarded of Criteria, and Criteria may chanage per property
